My Personality
Virginia Tech, my alma mater, provides a free personality test for incoming freshmen called the Clifton Strengths Assessment. The assessment outputs your top five personlity strengths, with one being the most strong. I feel that my results are very accurate. My results are:

- Enjoy stable environments with clear rules and expectations
- Achiever
- Work hard and have a lot of stamina
- Naturally feel satisfaction from being busy and productive

- Anticipate obstacles
- Put a lot of effort in making decisions

- Naturally think about all factors in a situation and the possible effects

- Able to recognize potential in others and cultivate success
- Find enjoyment in other's improvement
I've also completed the Extended DISC Individual Assessment Questionaire, as provided by a previous internship with Esri. Results are based on how the test taker acts in the workplace. There are four styles:
- D-style: Dominance
- Direct, demanding, results-oriented, assertive, decisive, independent, impatient, strong-willed
- I-style: Influence
- Outgoing, spontaneous, talkative, spontaneous, enthusiastic, optimistic, animated, persuasive, expressive
- S-style: Steadiness
- Steady, caring, supportive, pleasant, sincere, patient, calm, stable
- C-style: Concientiousness
- Analytical, detailed, exact, systematic, catious, thorough, private, logical
